Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) is the backbone of any humanitarian intervention. Measuring the impact of innovation is essential to demonstrating progress in humanitarian response, yet it remains one of the most difficult aspects to assess.

To support organisations in this effort, we have gathered some resources on this page. The resources are manatory for HIP-supported projects, and should be used when submitting their end of project reports to Innovation Norway, but may also be helpful and relevant for other organisations who are working on humanitarian innovation.
