How to manage intellectual property rights in humanitarian innovation partnerships?

Women in hackathon© Innovation Norway
We are excited to present a brand new handbook on how to manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in humanitarian innovation partnerships. Download the handbook below.

The purpose of this handbook is to support humanitarian organisations in how to manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) when partnering with the private sector.

We know that contracting and IP negotiations can be challenging in many projects, and at at the same time, it is a crucial area to cover in the initial conversations as this lays a good foundation for mutual understanding and trust. The handbook is written by Katrine Malmer-Høvik and Yonos Strøm Sønmez at SANDS Advokatfirma DA.

We hope you find it useful, and we are happy to receive any feedback you may have. An official launch meeting is planned for the fall.
